Jr. Grunts

Junior High Boys

Jr. Grunts trains our junior high boys in physical, emotional, and spiritual rigor. We meet Sunday afternoons, 430-530 pm in the St. John’s basement.

After a basic warm-up session, our young men receive coaching and instruction in strength training, age-appropriate weight lifting, motivation, and combat skills. Our exercise and training have included rucking, fencing, swordplay, boxing, karate, and wrestling. 

Our sessions often conclude with a brief workout.
